The Rental Process:
It could not be easier to rent a property from Cookes Property Management.
- Select the property you are interested in.
- Arrange to view the property (either by phone, email or directly from the website)
- Complete an application form (via a portal), which will enable us to complete credit referencing, affordability checks, and provide the requested supporting documentation.
- Pay your deposit (this will secure the property and stop any further marketing) which is usually one month’s rent.
- Sign your Tenancy Agreement, register for your utilities and council tax etc and move into your new home.
